CGI Walk Around the World 2013
Today was the annual CGI Walk Around the World where we were all encouraged to go out for a walk lunchtime in groups at each of our locations. The aim was health, team building and fun. I am not working at a CGI location but we had a team meeting arranged for lunchtime and I managed to persuade the boss to move this from an office to the path running through St Mellons Business Park.
It worked well as a bit of team building and some fun but was much less walking than I would normally do on a warm and sunny lunchtime so the health aspect lacked a little.
We stopped for a team photo by one of the little bridges for no other reason than they are painted red which is the colour of the CGI logo.
Just for the record, I am the only person wearing both a jacket and a tie.
